Excess Charge Carrier Kinetics Studied by Transient Microwave Reflection Measurements

After an introduction to transient photoconductance measurements, in particular laser induced reflection measurements in the microwave frequency range, some representative examples will be treated. The accent will be on the information obtained for the application of the samples investigated for solar cells (Silicon) and photocatalysis (TiO2). Finally the possibilities of these measurements will be discussed.
