Description of Activities:

The quantum aspects of light emerge in numerous phenomena that take place at the nanoscale: vacuum friction, photon entanglement, photon-excition hybridization, etc. These areas configure a broad block in our research agenda, in which we combine quantum and classical treatments of light with quantum and classical treatments of nanoscale objects (atoms, molecules, and nanoparticles).
