Sibylle Braungardt has recently been awarded with the Studies Award of the Foundation “Wilhelm und Else Heraeus”.
The ICFO PhD student has been awarded with the Physics Studies Award of the “Wilhelm und Else Heraeus” Foundation in recognition of her magnificent academia record.
This award was created in 1972 in order to promote the basic research in the field of science and it will be presented to her shortly at the central offices of the Foundation in Berlin.
Sibylle Braungardt received her diploma in Physics from the Technische Universität of Berlin. At ICFO she is a member of the Quantum Optics Theory group led by Prof. Maciej Lewenstein.
