PRIDE season is officially here!

To commemorate the occasion, you will find bracelets and, new this year, 'Safe Spaces' stickers that announce spaces that are explicitly free of hate speech, aggression, bullying or fear that aim to be especially welcoming to LGBTQIA+ people. Pride 2025 has been organized by ICONS, with support from ICFO and collaboration from many members of the wider ICFO community.

The following is the agenda of Pride events in the coming months of June and July:

• Flag Quiz: Starting tomorrow, for the rest of the season
• Talk "Relationship between scientific and discursive practices: how gender matters": June 19th 
• Bingo musical at the beach: June 20th (LGBTQIA+ only)
• Movie screening "Te estoy amando locamente": July 1st (+ Pizza!) - subtitles in English
• Book club "Giovanni's room": July 14th (Ask for a copy from the library)
• Talk and drag show by ScienceQueers "LGBTQIA+ experiences in STEM": July 18th
