’Diversity and Sustainable Excellence, Why these 2 go Together’
We hear often about how diversity and gender balance in science should be improved. If really the case, why and how? After bringing some arguments on how sustainable scientific excellence necessitates diverse teams, I will provide some examples of how diversity is being jeopardized and how we can change this. I will provide some examples from my own life experience and what kind of initiatives exist in the Swiss and EPFL landscape.
