World Safety and Health at Work Day
Activities at ICFO aimed at raising awareness and promoting the best possible work conditions for all ICFOnians
On the 28th April the International Labour Organization celebrates the annual World Day for Safety and Health at Work. This celebration aims to promote the prevention of occupational accidents and health conditions globally. It is an awareness-raising campaign intended to focus international attention on Health and Safety challenges and on how promoting and creating a safe and healthy culture at work can help reduce the number of work-related injuries.
Today, in celebration of this World Day, ICFO’s Health and Safety team organized activities throughout the morning which underscored the institute’s commitment to health and safety in all processes, ensuring the quality of our work environment by building a culture of prevention that reaches every corner of our institute.
