Twenty-three ICFOnians joined the different ICFO research groups, units and facilities during the month of October
In the years since ICFO’s founding in 2002, the institute has continuously evolved to tackle a wide range of exciting challenges. This has been possible thanks to the contributions of a diverse group of women and men who have come onboard to add their unique skills to ICFO’s new and ongoing projects.
In October, new ICFOnians joined the institute or took a new position.
Dr. Evelyn Acuña Ortega joins ICFO as a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Optoeletronics research group led by ICREA Prof Dr Valerio Pruneri.
Anna Kristha Almazán Favela joins ICFO as a student in the Optoeletronics research group led by ICREA Prof Dr Valerio Pruneri.
Emmanouela Andrioti joins ICFO as a PhD student in the Organic Nanostructured Photovoltaics research group led by Prof Dr Jordi Martorell.
