The Student Conference in Optics and Photonics celebrates its event, SCOP24, at ICFO

SCOP, the Student Conference in Optics and Photonics, is a conference organized by students, for students. This year, the conference took place at ICFO - The Institute of Photonic Science and so many people were involved that the organizing committer would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made this event possible:

- ICFO for hosting the event. Special thanks to the events, logistics, and purchasing teams for all their support.

The organizing committee has also extended a special thanks to Anna Sanpera for sharing and discussing will all the audience on how to improve gender balance in the field and make the professional environment more welcoming to diversity.
