Severo Ochoa Centers unite in an alliance to promote research excellence.

The thirteen research centers recipients of the “Severo Ochoa” distinction have joined forces to promote initiatives for research excellence and the attraction of international talent. As a group, they have announced their determination to maintain "the search for excellence criteria as the best possible contribution to Spain’s international image and to use this as a letter of presentation to attract talent." In addition, the centers plan to work together to better communicate research results, to create strategies to promote technology transfer and to ensure that research conducted has a positive impact on society.
