The ICFO Postdoctoral Day & Supervision Skills Workshop brings together postdoctoral researchers and supervisors for an engaging programme focused on strengthening mentoring skills, fostering professional growth, and building connections across the ICFO community.

Supervision Skills Workshop
22 September | Blue Lecture Room

The Supervision Skills Workshop is designed to strengthen mentoring and supervision practices while exploring effective and inclusive management strategies. Participants will gain practical tools to support students and early-career researchers, promote positive research environments, and enhance their leadership skills.
The workshop consists of one core session and two optional sessions, allowing participants to attend the core session only, the first two sessions, or the full programme.

ICFO Postdoctoral Day

Organized by postdocs, for postdocs, the ICFO Postdoctoral Day is an opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the institute, exchange experiences, and strengthen the ICFO postdoctoral community through a combination of professional development and networking activities.
